Ну на 360° он не вертится. Товар мне очень понравился. Буду надеяться что летом будет спасать. Он довольно тихий и дует на удивление очень хорошо. Сделан вроде добросовестно. Выход USB. Три скорости на каждый вентилятор. Пришёл быстро. Упаковка была помята но всё было целое. С продавцом не связывался. Рекомендую.
