I ordered the rice cooker end of Dec but it has never been delivered to my house, turned out it got stuck in the shipping company’s warehouse, no communication from the shipping company, then they shipped it back to the seller. Maybe they are overloaded with the orders in Dec. On the other hand, the service from the seller was actually excellent, fast and friendly, they responded immediately within 1 day to my message, and agreed to refund immediately when I asked for it, no trouble.
