Received the board in reasonable time. Well packaged. Connected it to a 12V power supply and it draws ~130mA. Couple of green led's go on. When an ethernet connection is made the lights on the connector turn on and blink a bit. After a while a red led on the side of the board starts blinking. No idea if this is correct behavior. Need to do more tests and experiments with the board. The power needs to be connected to one of the three 20 pin connectors on the side of the board. The bigger 6 pin connector does not power the board.

Missing some part, not desoldered but never placed. Miss network resonator and 4 optocoupler, no sign of desoldering, just got reflow'd without component.
